Streamline Auto Parts Refund Policy
Our returns policy is fair and simple. If the product you have been sold is not performing as it should, please contact us so we can have them resolved for you. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you can request a replacement or return your order for a refund.
We provide refunds for;
- Fitment Issues – We will provide a refund if the item does not fit and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution to remedy the issue.
- If you’ve taken the time to try our product during the 30-day guarantee period and the product is not performing as it should and we are unable to resolve your concerns with either advice, information, and/or replacement product, you may return the affected product for a refund; Please reach out and let us know of your concerns so they can be resolved. All products must be returned and a refund is issued upon its return. Returns must be authorized before returning any product.
We can provide replacements (at our cost) for;
- Lost item in transit
- Damaged item in transit
- Incorrect product sent
- Product defect
We don’t provide refunds for;
- Change of mind
- Misuse of product
- Incorrect purchase
- Incorrect address
- Postal delays
- Parcel not collected
We may charge a return/cancel order fee of $20 per order line if goods are returned for any of the reasons outlined above to cover returns processing, postage, and restocking. In some cases, $12 is chargeable to cover return to sender fees, reship fees for incorrect address or parcel not collected.
