Shipping & Delivery

When you purchase good from our Website, the goods will be delivered by one of the following methods:

  • Standard Delivery by Australia Post generally can take upto 5-7 Business days to be delivered.
  • Local Pick Up Areas Central Coast NSW & Newcastle NSW.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possibile, Depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

You will not be charged for delivery of  the goods you purchase on our Website. 

You are required to provide us with complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

ALL refund requests are to be made within a 30 day period from the date of the receipt of your invoiced goods.

Returns can be made by mail. To return the goods by mail, follow the following procedure:

Pack your goods & attach the return label provided, go to your nearest post office & send the goods back.

Pitted glass is generally caused by stones and sand hitting the windscreen of your car, over the course of time this will create miniature chips that can barely be seen and noticed until you turn your wipers on during raining conditions or cleaning your windscreen. Effectively you will notice there will be streaking residue left behind when the wiper moves over the top of it. In some cases, we have found that foreign matter like stones, sand, dirt, and grime can find its way into these pitted pockets making complete contact extremely hard for the wiper insert to give a streak-free result.

How do I fix pitted glass/windscreen?

1.You can use toothpaste mixed with baking soda as a polishing agent which works quite well to remove scratches but will require some work to get great results.

  1. You can use a razor blade on the windscreen to gently slide over a pitt to remove any risen build up where you notice the streaks are. Note:- it is highly recommended to wear protective eye wear whilst performing this remedy.

Please remember that some windscreens have been faced with a lot of year worth of weather, dirt, stones, acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings and sand being thrown at it, bear in mind not all pitting can be fixed and may require to get your windscreen replaced.

If the integrity of your windshield is compromised, a repair might not be the best solution. The windshield is an important part of the car and if it’s not in good condition, it can put you and your passengers at risk.
